1. Is this an instant download?

Yes! You will receive digital files that you can print at home, a local print shop, or online printing service.

 

2. Can I have a different file size than what's listed in the product description?

Yes! Before purchasing, please contact me with your size requirement. Once I have reviewed and confirmed your request, you can proceed with your purchase and I will send your customized file within 24 hours.

 

3. How will I receive my files once I’ve purchased them?

Your files will be available for download from your Order Status page at all times. You should receive a confirmation email with a link to this page shortly after purchase. If you don’t receive an email, be sure to check your junk folder. If you have any issues locating your files or downloading, please contact me so that I can resolve the issue.

 

4. Can I print the wall art multiple times?

Yes, once you have purchased our printable wall art, you can print it as many times as you like for personal use. This allows you to create multiple copies or change the size of the artwork to suit different spaces.

 

5. What printing options do you recommend for best results?

To achieve the best results, we recommend printing on high-quality, heavyweight paper or cardstock. This will enhance the colors and ensure durability. Additionally, using a professional print shop or a printer with high-quality ink will further enhance the overall print quality.

 

6. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of this product, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. However, if you need additional file size, I am more than happy to help.
